1. The Principle of the Program
Our Referral Program allows anyone to refer a talent from their network for one of our open positions.
The objective is simple: to grow our team through referrals, in a spirit of transparency, respect, and trust.
Participation in the program is free and entirely voluntary.
2. How Does the Referral Work?
We regularly publish our job openings on our website.
These offers can be shared on LinkedIn or through other channels.
Anyone can refer a contact by filling out a dedicated form, providing:
- their own first name, last name, and email address;
- the first name, last name, email address, and LinkedIn profile of the person being referred.
The referred person will receive an email informing them that they have been referred for a specific position, with the opportunity:
- to view the job listing and apply freely;
- to refer another person;
- or to unsubscribe from the program at any time.
No application is automatic: the referred person remains entirely free to decide.
3. Eligibility Conditions for the Referral Bonus
A referral bonus is awarded if all of the following conditions are met:
- the referred person is hired for the concerned position;
- they have not previously applied for this position prior to the referral;
- they have not been referred by someone else;
- their probation period is successfully completed.
Bonus Amounts
- CHF 2,000.– net for the first successful referral;
- CHF 2,500.– net for the second;
- CHF 3,000.– net for the third and subsequent ones
(amounts before any potential withholding tax, depending on personal circumstances).
4. Use of Personal Data (GDPR / LPD)
We place great importance on the protection of personal data.
What Data is Collected?
Only the information necessary for the program's operation:
- first name, last name, and email address of the referrer;
- first name, last name, email address, and LinkedIn profile URL of the referred person.
Why is This Data Used?
This data is used exclusively to:
- manage the Referral Program;
- inform the parties involved about the follow-up of the referral;
- communicate about our job opportunities.
Email Communication
By participating in the program, the referrer and the referred person agree to receive:
- emails related to the Referral Program;
- information about our job openings.
👉 Each email contains a simple and immediate unsubscribe link, allowing anyone to stop receiving any communication without justification.
5. Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR and the Federal Act on Data Protection (LPD), everyone has the right to:
- access their data at any time;
- rectify their data;
- delete their data;
- oppose the processing of their data.

6. Responsibility and Good Faith
Referrals must be carried out in good faith.
Referrers are asked to refer only individuals they genuinely believe are suitable for the concerned position and to inform the referred person before any referral.
7. Program Evolution
We reserve the right to evolve or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of referral.
8. Acceptance of Terms
To refer a person, it is necessary to confirm acceptance of these terms.
This validation constitutes informed consent to participate in the Referral Program and to the processing of data as described above.
